Healthy Clam Chowder

Very naturally sweet ingredients used here so I needed to spice it up.
- clams with juice
- haddock
- light coconut milk
- lentils
- cream of corn
- peas
- ginger powder
- Tumeric
- Chili powder
That's it!

Kale Smoothie

Inspired by the Mighty Kale smoothie I had at Jugo Juice I decided to try this out at home.

It's really easy to make. It can be done in a blender or a pitcher with a hand blender.

I never officially measured anything. So this will all be very general. Please add either more fruit/kale or juice to get the texture you want.

To reach a more pleasant color stick to light colored fruit. If you only care about taste be as creative as you like.

This is what I've tried this far:

1st batch
- Fresh Kale, leaves only, large handful
- Fresh Pineapple, at least a cup
- Fresh Strawberries, at least a cup
- Guava juice, 1cup and then as needed
** Note to start blending the juice with the Kale as once it's well blended, add the fruit a bit at a time when using a hand blender.

2nd batch ( made at work)

- Fresh Kale, big handful
- Frozen Peaches, a cup
- Frozen black cherries, a cup
- Guava juice, at least a cup
- Five alive Peach juice, as needed

Seafood Tofu soup

I always order this soup at my favorite place in Chinatown. As of February 14, they've re-opened with a brand new name and look! I'm very happy that I can still order the same great food. The place is now called Restaurant Kan Bai, at 1110 Clarke street.
